Studies showed that the original roof was Asbestos, so great care was taken, following strict H&S guidelines. Access to the roof was very difficult, so careful preliminary planning was carried. Once everything was in place, RS Ltd carried out a strip and lay system to prevent the stock within the building being exposed to the elements. The commercial unit was re-clad with 100mm Kingspan composite panel insulated cladding.
